At Anytime Fitness, our mission is to help people lead healthier and happier lives. We are committed to that mission now more than ever. We're focusing on keeping our clubs clean and safe, so you can focus on your health and wellbeing. Let's get back to making healthy happen!


We’ve always had a reputation for having a clean facility—here are the additional steps we’re taking to adhere to COVID-19 policies and mandates from federal, state and local authorities.


Here’s what we ask you to do to help keep our Anytime Fitness community healthy. 


Some members may not be comfortable coming back to the gym right away—we will continue to support you to keep making healthy happen at home.


Staying consistent with an exercise routine is more important now than ever. Your health is our priority, and we have tips for feeling your best.

The safety and health of our members and staff are of utmost importance as we adhere to COVID-19 policies and mandates from federal, state and local authorities. To create a safe environment for our members and staff, we have implemented the following:

Social Distancing Practices

  • We are limiting use to 25% of our building capacity.

  • Staff will ensure social distancing of 6’ for all gym activities.

  • Equipment may be roped off or disabled to maintain distancing requirements.


Enhanced Cleaning Practices

  • Hand sanitizer will be available in the lobby and throughout the gym.

  • Medical grade, CDC approved cleaning products are available throughout the gym.

  • During staffed hours, the entire gym will receive a thorough cleaning continuously throughout the day, including bathrooms, staff offices, and all equipment and surfaces with CDC approved products.


Staff Safety

  • Staff are required to stay home if exhibiting any symptoms.

  • Masks and gloves are available for staff.

  • Staff are required to wear masks when out in the gym.

To help keep our AF community healthy, we ask that you:


  • Please sanitize your hands upon entering and before leaving the gym.

  • Adhere to social distancing requirements of 6 feet.

  • Wipe down equipment before and after use.

  • Adhere to capacity regulations.


The Wisconsin Department of Health Services recommends you:

  • Plan your workout ahead of time to avoid lingering and socializing.

  • Limit the items you touch within the gym to only the items you will use.

  • If you get the urge to sneeze or cough, put on your mask (if not already wearing one) and cover your nose, mouth and mask with a napkin or handkerchief. Wash your hands and face thoroughly before returning to your activity.


Please refrain from using the gym if you are feeling unwell; we’re happy to provide coaching and workouts you can do anytime, anywhere through the Anytime Fitness App®.


Masks are required

As a business in Wisconsin, we are following all federal, state and local guidelines and mandates, which includes Governor Evers' mandate requiring masks in all public places. 

Please do your part to help keep fellow members and our staff safe by wearing a mask inside our clubs.




We know many of you are eager to get back into the gym, but there may be some members who are not comfortable returning, despite our increased safety precautions. If you are not comfortable returning, we will continue to support you to keep making healthy happen at home.


Continuing to support you at home

  • If you currently work with a trainer or would like to start, we offer virtual training via Zoom. Work with our certified coaches from the comfort of your own home and get the same programming, modifications, corrections, and motivation that you would experience in-person.

  • Follow our club on Facebook for live daily tips, workouts, and updates on what's going on in the club.

  • Find a workout to do at home at your convenience on the Anytime Fitness of Southern Wisconsin YouTube page.
