I did the 6 Week Challenge after just starting to get back into working out and focusing on my own health. I work in healthcare and I think it gets really easy to focus on everyone else's needs above your own, so I was thankful for the opportunity to have coaches push me to reach my goals. David and Ashton were awesome to work with and incredibly understanding with my work schedule. Both of them make sure you're pushing yourself but not going past your limits. Katlyn worked with me on getting a better understanding of my diet and she became a big supporter of mine through this process. I can't thank this team enough for their help! I ended up moving to another area due to buying a house, but wish I could transplant this gym because it was the first time a gym became more than just a place to workout. Thank you guys!

I have been a member for over a year. I started with their 6 week challenge. I go 3 times a week to a class with a trainer. All the trainers are so good to work with each individual, they give alternatives to each exercise, depending on the individual's ability. I am 77 and a type 2 diabetic. This has helped me to stay off any meds for diabetes. It has helped me with my strength and balance. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings are often the highlight of my week.
I joined AF in May 2022 and I met with a coach to discuss what my goals were. My son's wedding was coming up in June and I wanted to lose about 30lbs by then to feel good and look nice and I had 6 weeks to do it. Not a realistic goal but with really hard work it was possible. They set up a workout plan along with a healthy way of eating. When the wedding time came I had lost around 19lbs and I was thrilled my dress had to be taken a whole size in and I felt amazing. To date I have lost 25lbs and have had many set backs causing me to plateau. I lost my self esteem and was also losing the pride I had in myself. I met with the coaches and together we came up with another plan/goals to work towards but not until after they took the time to hear my feelings struggles and anything else that got me in my 'slump'. The coaches here truly care about my well being and always have the right words to keep me on my game. I would recommend to anyone that wants to better themselves to join this gym!
